A bathroom with shower is also located on this level.

Downstairs, the apartment features two comfortable bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be converted into a large double—making the layout flexible for different types of guests. A second, larger bathroom with shower is also located on this floor.

Gouvia Beach is only 1 km away, while the marina, restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets are all within easy reach, making it easy to explore the area without needing to travel far.
